HeatCool is a sole trader business providing Gas Safe registered and F-Gas certified heating and air conditioning services in Sevenoaks and across Kent. Gas Safe Registration: 938735.
All quotes provided by HeatCool are fixed-price unless otherwise stated. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to site survey — if conditions differ materially from those described, we reserve the right to revise the quote before work begins. We will always inform you of any change before proceeding.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover travel and preparation costs.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. For larger installations a deposit may be required prior to commencement, which will be stated in your quote.
All work carried out by HeatCool is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This covers faults arising from our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (Reg: 938735) in compliance with current gas safety regulations. All refrigerant work is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers in compliance with current F-Gas regulations. Certificates and documentation will be provided on completion where required by law.
HeatCool carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at info@heatcool.uk or call 07415 078644. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to Checkatrade or the Gas Safe Register as appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
